The work in itself is pretty interesting. Teammates in Mumbai branch were supportive and were the main reason that I could survive 3+ years. Its a good place for people who want to work temporarily to gain some experience and who wish to start their own business in future as your communication will increase tremendously.

Some Housekeeping are working at the same post as you are🥲 Worst salary structure, 24/7 under camera surveillance and a bunch of men will be watching you and uploading your pictures in whatsapp group as and when needed.. Uniform is mandatory like subway or McDonald's . If you don't wear it you shall be marked absent or penalties imposed. Penalties are imposed left and right. Accounts team will call to make sure you are not stealing money from the cash drawers although they have everything online. Every damn holiday MANDATORY working with no compensation at all. If at all salary increased they will bring down your incentives so in the end you shall be getting the same amount. In my case Pf amount was deducted but no pf account was made. No sick leave No paid leave No overtime money Salary worst in the industry If there are 5 weeks in a month you can't take weekoff in the last week coz only 4 holidays in a month allowed Physically draining job. SALARY IN CASH HENCE NO SALARY PROOF RELIVING LETTER IS A JOKE. This company used to conduct team outings for other companies but never for their own employees. Working hours somedays used to go up to 11-12 hours.

don’t work here your life will become miserable they don’t pay salary on time they promise to pay on the 10 th but actually pay on 11th the salary is also low and there is a work overload if you take a holiday on saturday aur sunday they deduct 3 days salary even if you don’t inform them about not coming to work they deduct 3 days salary plus if you leave the company for any reason they don’t give you your salary so please before join this company read some employees review

The team I worked with was amazing. This was the only good thing in my whole experience.

...Only donkeys can work here. No sick leaves. No Paid leaves. No Emergency leaves. Even if someone in your family is dying you should not take leaves or they will deduct 2 days salary. No team building activities. You cannot even take leaves to celebrate your festivals. No increment policy. Penalty deduction on your every move.

Great company to work with. Management is too supportive in all aspects .Worked here for 5 years and it’s been a great journey throughout. Got opportunities to work on multiple tasks and learned a lot new things. If you have skills , your ideas will be taken into consideration by the management. Overall pretty Good experience.
