Delayed payments of salary. No proper organisation structures. One developer should do entire works. Company very regularly delays salary and says they have not received payments from vendors. They don’t send payslips on time and sometimes together in year end. Extreme below poor management.

It's a company where fresher can start their career by gaining so much of knowledge and experience. And people here doesn't judge anyone by their background but by their hardwork. It's great place to learn, comfortable to work.

Dislikes

Salary and other beneficiaries are very less compared to other companies where freshers can get more rather than this company.

Worst company with hire and fire policy. Nothing to like here everything is bad absolutely

...ers. But company people say we are 150+ which you will realise once you step in. Salary is not credited on time and you will be slaved like anything here. Please don’t join this company if ever you don’t want to spoil your career If you take leave on Friday and Monday then it’s considered as 4days leave here. Forget about getting salary slips and PF every month. Internal fights among co founders and cheap treatment to lower level employees and it’s a sinking ship

I thoroughly enjoyed working with my Coworkers. It was a friendly atmosphere & I was motivated to go to work every day. Supportive managers.

There is nothing I really dislike about my Current Job. Working for my current company has allowed me to improve my skills and learn new tasks, and I'm grateful for those opportunities.
