... 6 month, they start giving you payslip and PF, Esi but that also no guarantee.. During my work time many employees just runaway from the company after receiving the salary, at night only because they come to know all about after joining, Nothing is there to sustain... Without documents no value..and 6 month will be fully loss, as well as after 6 month also NO guarantee.. Who worked 2 mounth or 2 year they were asking for the same but due no provide they had to runaway at night, If you join will think as know will do then will search and go every one comming like that but it's wrong decission..you will West your time, and if create noise to get those they will create scenario they have few people to help on it, they will put blem on you and will send you our to give you termination, without salary, My own experience... Please do join my suggestion 🙏 don't West your here no one is good how r there for long time.
