There's a certain work-life balance working here, the salary is on time, the leave policy is good, and some teams in tech provide support in learning & a cooperative culture.

The team culture is toxic, specifically in Frontend Tech, they threaten you with resignations over small matters, learning wise there's nothing much, and some team leaders behave like slave owners with their juniors, overharsh critique over small things, they mislead people whether it be with promises over appraisal or refund of company trips, was one of the worst experience of my career. People here are mistreated and laid off for petty reasons.

... ask you to come to office. Even after working for approx an year no incentives. Also the salary structure is so absurd- you get salary by 5th , then your internet and device reimbursement on 15th to 17th and incentive roll out on 25th or 27th. No proper job role. Can hire you for any role and ask you to do something different. Will roll out quarterly feedback which is useless, no one contacts you on that. No monthly progress and sometime direclly will ask you to leave. Many more things but if someone wants to grow do not join this organization. they are literally scammers running SAAS. No proper pricing on the products and they might ask you to sale on higher amount. People from product team will come and harass the success team for bringing sales. India had a mute prime minister once, this company has mute manager who thinks he knows it all.

Nothing. If your career choice is becoming a politician, join this. Daily politics would surely make you a politician one day. Terrible work ethics, blame games & no progress. You will feel stuck forever. You can't go home until you deliver daily payments. Extremely stressful for the folks who cannot deliver daily numbers.

Actually, there is a lot but one thing I love is the events they create in virtual modes for the employees since it is a remote culture. And they also ask for reviews from each employee about the working culture every month. So who won't like it if they are working in a non-toxic and anti-micromanagement company? A good place for people to start their career
