Well let me introduce my self first I am a team leader in well known company and hold total 4 year of experience in industry. Now coming to thing that I like about my company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely .

Dislikes

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area. And I see no reason why I shouldn’t earn more. I want to assure you that I discussed the issue with my manager. But they said that in the current state of economy they could not offer me anything better. So here I am, interviewing for the job with you, because your salary And main issue is no appreciation and motivated from manager and vd level .

However, after a year, they simply deny it, claiming they never made such a promise. Even if you try to show evidence, they avoid putting such promises in your offer letter or any official email. There’s absolutely zero scope to try or experiment with new ideas. If you do, you’re expected to succeed on the first try, with no room for course correction. The work-life balance is non-existent. The leave policy is the worst—6-day working weeks with 9-hour days. You only get 2 holidays a year: one for Diwali and another for Holi. They’re extremely reluctant to grant leaves. Even if you’re sick, they’ll ask you to work from home. They randomly change your KRAs at any time. If you fail to achieve your target in a single month, you’re at risk of losing your job, regardless of your past performance. Your previous achievements are completely disregarded.

NOTHING BUT FRAUD COMPANY BECAUSE OF SOME MANAGEMENT LIKE TASDIK KAZI WHO WORKS FOR MUMBAI LOCATION IS STEALING MONEY OF ALL THE STAFF AND ALSO NOT PAYING THEM THEIRS SALARY........ALSO IF SOMEONE ASKS FOR THE SALARY HE MISBEHAVES AND ABUSE THEM.

THIS IS ALL ABOUT TASDIK KAZI WHO IS BIGGEST FRAUD IN THE COMPANY HE FORCES TO DO THE BUSINESS AND THEN DON'T PAY BACK THE AMOUNT......HE UTILISES THE MONEY FOR HIS LUXURY VOLUPTUOUSNESS AND DEBAUCHERY.HE RENEWED HIS OWN HOUSE BY TAKING PERSONAL LOAN ON HIS MANAGERS NAME AND ALSO NOW HE IS NOT PAYING HIS EMI AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS.EVEN HIS MANAGER TRIEDVTO COMMIT SUICIDE BUT STILL HE REFUSED TO PAY THE EMI OF THE LOAN TAKEN ON HIS NAME AND THE AMOUNT IS 30 LAKHS.
