Nothing except the fact that it's a Polyclinic and the opd hours are good and Salary is reasonable is likable.

Dislikes

The company isn't worth working for. Very unprofessional staff. The centre managers and other staff do not wish to work nor improve the service and quality of patient care. Non medico guys are running the place like a business They do not stock up on medicines on time. The grade 3-4 employees do not know basic work. The CEO doesn't directly know what actually happens under him on a day to day basis, in the chain of Polyclinics. The business head, Mr Karel may appear soft spoken but the companies internal workings are all a mess with a front they put up for quality health care. Bad work culture. No discipline. Employees do not even wish to work for the company despite being paid appropriately for it. There's no good system. People employed are not upto the mark and don't want to do any work.

A lot of sexua l harassment.Cluster manager & HO managar forced to have se x with them.Specially Mr. Jahn Chakraborty used to do that.If a employee denied,then his team started physical harassment.His brother Mr. Suman Sarkar just useless fellow.He came office on time.After that he used to go home and took his lunch and took a nap.Then at evening he came back to office and gave his exit punch. They usually do that.A lot of false alligation and salary cutting without any proper reason. It's not a office.Its just a circus ground. Marketing team is just useless.They show their cleavage and took a handsome salary. Mr Suman Sarkar is sexually fraustrated.He appointed a center manager in my office to kick me out,unparliamentarily.He is totally biased and a useless dumb person. Shame on Mymd. Shame. You just took a female employee just to satisfy your cluster manager. Its not a office. Shame on you.

Nothing.totally fraud company. The company does not pay salary to their employees.

Every policies are fake they tell wrong verdict about promotions bonuses and all.They don't give salary to their employees .Fraud company and all employees here are not literate so they are continuing here with out salary.

No job security. Freckle minded Management. Salary will be deducted every month without proper reason. Overall HR department is a puppet of Management and Mr Supriyo Neogi is leading the poor HR cultural at the organization. The organization is violating various regulatory guidelines.

Everything. Work culture is terrible, too much pressure for new comers, work time is too much high. Directors are believe in hire and fire culture. HR policy is worst. At the time of joining HR will call you several times, but after joining we will not get any solution from them. Suffocated work culture.
