Work life balace is there people are friendly and the senior management team is accessible

Dislikes

Pay your employees on time don't make them suffer because of your mismanagement. Don't hire people if you don't need them to do their job making people sit idle ruins you and the employee as well.

Worst HR policy, irregular salary disbursement, manipulation, no support once employees leave the company, egoism, mid level management is downgraded, lack of clear vision.

...ighlight the name of employees who worked hard for the company in crucial times. Salary structure is worst. HR manager don't even know about employees details, Most useless department is HR dept, don't know what these people do exactly. They cut take-home salary without consent sign in the name of cost cutting. In R&D department senior having 10x salary than juniors without even doing any work.(Just seating in the cabin with manager) Most of the Work is only done by interns(without paid). Many toxic managers are there who compare themselves with juniors without having any knowledge. Senior manager only think about their own salary, just for promotion they can do anything (anything means anything)

1. 6 day working 2. No work from home 3. Salary not on time, every month we get salary after 10th and sometimes after 15 or 20. 4. Poor Higher Management 5. No upskilling of employees Please join this company on your own risk.
