Salary was not according to industry scale. They will appoint you as per their convince. No appraisal on your job performance. Only middle level management will get higher salaries. No support from HR. No learning and training. You need to learn on you own. No support from boss. Specially from quality department. Very rude behaviour.

It's been 2 years wonderful experience with Mybox Family, great work culture, comfortabliliy ,cooperative management. Over all its tremendous experience working with Mybox technologies.

People who are working with Mybox should be honest with organization. It's not only about my organization this is for all organizations and employees as well, employee also should responsible for their work.
