* Top management (founders) were approachable. You can free discuss issues/ideas with them. * Product Team management was great (though after the acquisition, the team might have changed). * Work life balance toggles depending upon the projects, but wasn't always bad. The team was supportive and we took each others load to help out our team members. Management also tries to help employees attain work life balance. * Didn't observe any favoritism.

Dislikes

* It was a small company so certain practices like agile wasn't strictly followed. * There weren't much initiatives for learning and growth.

Dislikes

politics by the managers, had to work for 10-12 hrs from office and even had to work on weekend, no appreciation from the manager. HR doesn't listen to your issues but instead blame you for any complain you have raised again your managers. No career growth. Lowest appraisal in the market.
