Nothing, pathetic work environment and worst higher management

No one respects the working hours. Even the director doesn't care of your working hours are done or not if he says do it now you have to do it now. The attrition rate is high because of this reason only. I have seen people absconding on their first day because it's one of the worst companies. Just pretending to be a conglomerate but in reality they are just beaten down my narrowed vision of the director.

Its most welcoming company to work with. From day one that I have joined the company, the management has given a very warm welcome with a friendly attitude which made me feel that I am not a new comer. The Chairman, Directors, Management, HR Team are very supportive and welcome new ideas and suggestions. Overall a wonderful company to work with ........
