The interview process is terrible: Firstly, HR called me saying that there is opening for digital marketing and she scheduled interview on Tuesday in the month of March 2nd week. So, I have attended the interview. The first round was technical round where I wrote the assignment which was given to me and it took about 90 mins to complete. By the time I finished, it was lunch break and then I had 2nd round ie. Manager round interview on same day. It's almost 3-4pm until everything is completed, then I went home. Then HR called me there will be another round of interview tomorrow. So I accepted to go at 11am next day. I reached on time but CEO was busy before 11am but finally had interview on that time, there was no difficulty or any issues related to the interview but the CEO was very disturbed, confused on me that I can see what's happening in his face. After one week I have sent email to HR about my interview process and she told will be calling you next week mostly for final round again with CEO. Post a week, HR called and email me it's final round and you're selected. I had interview that is virtual round with the CEO, and he is asking same questions as he asked me before and he is still confused on me whether he wants me to onboard or reject. So I asked HR multiple times what's happening about the interview process and again both doesn't have any idea about it.
