The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Everything 1. Low pay compared to industry standards. 2. Too much of micro management. 3. Very very less work life balance, you will work more than the committed amount of time almost everyday. 4. Very less compensation. 5. Cruel and toxic behaviour from Founder, has no sense of speaking to colleagues, seniors, juniors or anyone; very rude. Keeps shouting almost all the time which disrupts work flow and healthy office environment 6. 0 paid leaves, you'll die working here 7. Last but not least, they will treat you like a dog if you are in a notice period.
