Thise company is mainly gold loan based company, iam selecting in this company I have some experience in gold why beaucase iam a goldsmith family my father also making gold items iam also making gold items.Iam appraising gold very good, in thise mmfl no froud gold founding. Iam 30-45 times loging insurence the company is send appreciat mails .iam loging western union,money gram,trans-fast.every month calculate targets achievement.

...aucase iam goldsmith some gold items making me my father also making gold items.my salary is not hikes, iam asking lot of times to HR sir hike my salary no respond.

Nothing to like in the organisation.

1.Hectic pressure from the Zonal Manager and Regional Manager. 2.High target with less salary. 3.Interst rates are very high comparing to other financial institutions. 4.No proper training form company side and once you resign within one year they will deduct Rs 15000 from salary. 5.Target was not on Gold loan,you need to do health insurance,home insurance, Vehicle insurance, Pan card,Gold buying schemes etc etc and N number of targets. Not at all recommended for an employee's.

... staffs from karnataka are resigning Then how we feel its there job security And company don't pay good salary and ask and tourcher for the TPP activation 4.No leaves are arrange when staff is in need of Please company should look into this n take a action other wise this may effect company . I hope this will not continue if this stop company have possibilities to grow more And company should pay good salary and ask for the business please kindly look into this and do the needful to the staff . Thank you

...ffs .BM is responsible everything not other staffs so the team sprit is missing.incentive not giving monthly base with salary.
