Company is good ,and safe for long term work if we reach our given respective target,and salary structure depends on our previous company and getting incentives & bonus. Office Timings r good 9.30am to 5.30pm which we can give time to family after office hours..

There is no new to learn in this regular routine we should wrk same & some managers dnt choose experienced candidate who have knowledge & to use them ans promote ..only simply show off people r most get promoted on fake performance, for ladies office environment is not that much safe because of low educated employees & there way of looking & thinking.. ....v don't have security frm co. if debt customers make us ferl unsecure if we make them to pay there debts & they dnt agree to pay.

All aspects are very good for an employee. Training, Recruitment process, salary, promotions, incentives, increments all are best in the industry.

My reporting persons behaviour was not good. Nothing else.

...bout here, I am not enjoying working here much because I am new to this Company. The branches of Muthoot are very good Promotions also happen on time and salary is also paid on time And Incentive is also given according to the work That's all for now. Thank you.

I don't like the culture here and the timing is also not right The seniors get the work done by opening the branch even on Saturdays and Sundays.If the target given to the staff is not completed then they are mentally tortured I will do it, however HR has told me that I will get leave on Saturday and Sunday, I don't like it but the company is very good

...Department pressurise to Work on holidays in credit department and operations Salary not as satisfied atleast company need to provide 15k in hand salary to fresher in Credit department.
