No work pressure fully relaxation, branch is just like your home .. Anything do there,(eat,sleep,go outside) no one is present to interrupting you

No salary growth, no grade hike, no value of your intelligence,just work as per there policies whether you can perfom better by your own way

Worst experience ...less salary and incentive ...only time convenient....if u did 2month notice period also you didn't get full salary..cheated bogus Company told employees to deduct customer money and do insurance ...too much unconditional targets.... Worst management....

There is a lot of politics in hire authorities.. salary is given in time but it is very low.they even don't give increment every year and career growth is very much slow..
