The environment is good to work here . Just everything is luck if you are lucky then you will get a better branch and u can learn and earn more n more there . As an auditor this was good .

...we have HR policies issue . If someone is from south India he has better policy. Even he will get more HR allowance and basic pay . But if someone from north he will get less than south Indian employees. This is too bad for employees.

...t group is my bread and butter everytime even through out during amid pandemic . Support employees with proper salary in time and allowance disbursed for taking fight against covid 19. Iam very much thankful for The muthoot group and iam proud to be a muthootian.

...tion through reducing working time or can give 2 more paid off days per month. More importantly as a much growing MNC every muthootians get a salary which is not more than even other small companies of same gradation.

Annual appraisal are low and there might be health issues due to using acid during checking gold

Work Culture and environment are good. Employees are interactive without any personal dislikes. The team I'm working with is so supportive in type of works. I have developed certain skills after joining here.

The salary am paid with is very less compared with my job role and other freshers. When I joined as a fresher this salary was enough for me and now I'm here for more than a year but still no enough increment in salary.

In customer angle, company is best brand among others. Products are good.

HR cannot do independently in their best practice as per industry. Less salary industry. Old branch Offices are its still old and not renovations; and opening new offices. Even though advanced technology are implementing the systems and peripherals are old. Etc, etc.
