No work life balance, late sitting, unnecessary pressure, 2 years employment bond, job with financial risks, rupe behaving seniors, no professionalism, no diversity support, office politics, there is no timings to go home after the shift over, you cannot late a minute to report your duties if you do even 1 minute late your half day salary will be gone, very less salary, discrimination, no good appraisals, it is like a lala ki dukan, no staff security, staff can be beaten and threatened by the customers, at the time of interview the roles and responsibilities are different but after joining and signing 2 years of bond everything gets change, they do not follow labour laws at many times, they take more than 90days to complete your FNF settlement, they provide your relieving and exp letter after 90days from your last working day, no employee engagement activities are performed, a person is working since 7 years but he only reached at 45k/month, unsupportive company, unsupportive upper management, sometimes colleagues are also unsupportive, they give CL/EL to employees but not approve the same at many times. There are many things I can still write here.
Work Culture and environment are good. Employees are interactive without any personal dislikes. The team I'm working with is so supportive in type of works. I have developed certain skills after joining here.
The salary am paid with is very less compared with my job role and other freshers. When I joined as a fresher this salary was enough for me and now I'm here for more than a year but still no enough increment in salary.
In customer angle, company is best brand among others. Products are good.
Dislikes
HR cannot do independently in their best practice as per industry. Less salary industry. Old branch Offices are its still old and not renovations; and opening new offices. Even though advanced technology are implementing the systems and peripherals are old. Etc, etc.
Branch ambience why we should maintain personally, company has to keep seperate person, Salary and increments and incentives are not paying properly and deductions for everything it's very bad culture, who will do wantedly all the irregularities.
