... 3months.. you work there n within 3months you search for another organisation.. they offer lowest salary in the market.. and on top of it you'll have to serve 2months or 3months resignation period and after that also they will not provide you ur reliving letter n even your full n final settlement will not happen.. they take year to do Full and final settlement.. I was the employee here after 2 years I gave resignation fir better opportunity but m lacking behind only because I don't have reliving letter.. even after 4 months and tones of followups with them they arey not giving me my reliving letter and my salary.. so think before you join.. here no one will help you manager area manager regional manager no one.. worst company it is.. u better seat home rather you join in muthoot Fincorp.. if you join you will regret it till your alive mark my words.. they are totally unprofessional and behave rediculous.. THINK BEFOR YOU JOIN MUTHOOT FINCORP LTD

Working time is very comfortable... We can learn new things in every day.. We may be work in local...

Other then CASA we are doing all banking product (nearby 23 products )but we get very low salary... Many of days Office system very hang... Need change the all old system....

Proud of being an employee of MFL since 1996.Job security, correct salary payment,freedom for selecting our own candidates etc are appreciable things

Salary package not satisfactory. Muthoot Fincorp experience is very much valued by other NBSCs.But within the organisation it is not so.Basic Pay should be increased, then only we get some amount at the time of retirement. Minimum wages should be increased, then we can reduce labour turnover to a certain limit. Salary package should be restructured based on service first and then give increments based on performance. Service based employees meeting with higher authorities once in a year is not seen in our organisation. If so it is much valued.

I am extremely satisfied with the working environment and appreciate the timely payment of salary and incentives.

Dislikes

Our company environment is excellent, but our Area Manager's abusive language and sales driven approach compromise our well-being and role clarity. As Customer Service Executives, we're expected to focus on sales 90%, conflicting with our core responsibilities. We need support to address these issues and align our roles with customer service goals

I like the rule and regulations. Culture is good my colleagues are very nice they help me a lot

...ometimes time limit exceeded and it's very hectic to balance personal life ... It's necessary to fix closing time either pay extra salary
