As a ex muthootian I can say in the beginning of your career it's a good organization to work for, less pressure easy job profile. But don't waste ur time for too long, there is no growth in career as well as your package is concern. Though the job is minimum but comparison with it the pacage is very cheap and also the management like the oiling mentality. Poor work culture. So if you want bright prospect just gather the knowledge of sales and operation (though very small) and try for better opportunities.

Salary structure and incentive structure is terrible. Process is very simple. No one really care about learning new things and applying new things. Poor management policy and employee benefit is literally Zero. They are taking 7 month for the process of appraisal! Can you imagine it in a private sector? Oiling is the key factor to get promoted. Still if you want a job is lesser pressure and have a nice time schedule also you have no monetary need and you don't have expectations to achieve a successful career then my dear friend Muthoy Fincorp is the perfect place for you.

The company was good. I have no doubt on it. However salary is low. I had done some extra activity apart from customer service. HR activity and MIS activity. They have recognize it but never promoted me to the position by giving excuses (tenure). They had hirred new people for the same work with a good salary packages. I never feel offended if they had not recognize my work and stopped giving me hope for a promotion. Also I worked under a manager for 8 months who is good for nothing and still got promoted. But that can not demotivated me to keep doing the good work.

No support or respect for support verticles. Salary will be the lowest as per the market standard or industry. Had to report office at sharp 9:30 AM morning and late night sittings. No week off in last 10 days of months. you have to work on Sundays also.

... 3months.. you work there n within 3months you search for another organisation.. they offer lowest salary in the market.. and on top of it you'll have to serve 2months or 3months resignation period and after that also they will not provide you ur reliving letter n even your full n final settlement will not happen.. they take year to do Full and final settlement.. I was the employee here after 2 years I gave resignation fir better opportunity but m lacking behind only because I don't have reliving letter.. even after 4 months and tones of followups with them they arey not giving me my reliving letter and my salary.. so think before you join.. here no one will help you manager area manager regional manager no one.. worst company it is.. u better seat home rather you join in muthoot Fincorp.. if you join you will regret it till your alive mark my words.. they are totally unprofessional and behave rediculous..
