New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No proper response from company regarding salary hikes,no employee benefits such no lunch time,many Sundays also have to work,pressurize employee to fulfill target no matter how,no guarantee of incentives,some incentives will be gud sometimes less don't know why?.....even company policies for resign or notice period not known by employees,they don't know why lots of things happens? Only for job need they are working.....not really a great place to work If yes ....why lots of senior executive's, assistant Managers and branch manager leaving?

Muthoot Finance Ltd is good company with good values but higher authorities and auditors spoil the good atmosphere .Manager and bellow grade people work heard and earn money for company ,above manager grade people simply enjoy the fruits and also rule manager and bellow people.If Manager did not done business higher authorities gives pressure him and if manager did business auditors intentionally write complaints on manager even small mistakes also they show in big mirror.With out small deviation on rules in present market we did not done business.
