Moreover you will be required to sign bond for 2 years that you will not leave the company or else 2 months salary has to be given as compensation. They will also take custody of class 10th original certificate during the tenure of working. 2 months notice period. In the name of fixed incentives new joiners will be bypassed to earn branch business incentives. You will be forced to do some useless follow up calls repeatedly to same customers on holidays and Sundays to annoy the customers to the hell of their anger. Every now and then policy changing, chopping- changing of rules make employees confused infact sometimes without notices. Sometimes branches are kept open on Sundays. You will be forced to maintain some illogical hilarious registers (some 6-7 copies). You will be forced to give service to huge base of customers with 1-2 systems leading to annoyance of the customers. Personal life is badly hampered. Only go for this if really in need of urgent job.

Work culture is bad , we will not get the salary which is mentioned in the offer letter , there is no work balance even we have to work in Sunday's also . Heavy work pressure. There is no job security

The one and only thing is good that they pay the salary on time. But the salary is very low compared to their competitors.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in the company. The regional office staff will not help you when you face some problems. When you join the company they will tell you that it's a 9-6 job but in reality it is 9-7:30 job or beyond. Create senseless pressure by the management. Even they forcefully work you on "SUNDAY". That means there are no holiday. Think 100 times before join this company.

Branch staffs are cooperative. Pressure is low as compared to banks and other NBFCs if your branch has customer walking.

Dislikes

1.Salary is very low as compared to industry and other companies. 2.RO management are worst. They will not pick your call even if customers is shouting on you for their loan closure. 3.Branch staffs have to listen customers abusive language because they have closed accepting all kinds of online payments and also did not give virtual account to customers on time. 4. RO management staff does not cooperate with branch staffs.They only care about business not about customers and staffs.
