... be required to stand as security guard whenever guards go to washroom or lunch. You will be required to perform office boy's duty also for an average salary package. Moreover you will be required to sign bond for 2 years that you will not leave the company or else 2 months salary has to be given as compensation. They will also take custody of class 10th original certificate during the tenure of working. 2 months notice period. In the name of fixed incentives new joiners will be bypassed to earn branch business incentives. You will be forced to do some useless follow up calls repeatedly to same customers on holidays and Sundays to annoy the customers to the hell of their anger. Every now and then policy changing, chopping- changing of rules make employees confused infact sometimes without notices. Sometimes branches are kept open on Sundays. You will be forced to maintain some illogical hilarious registers (some 6-7 copies). You will be forced to give service to huge base of customers with 1-2 systems leading to annoyance of the customers. Personal life is badly hampered. Only go for this if really in need of urgent job.

Managment No HR Value everyone treat like slave. Very less Salary Infrastructure is too cheesy Ladies and gents single washroom. In regional offices also in Branch Working culture Work satisfaction Company culture

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.

Low salary for existing employees and giving better salary for new entrance in the same role 6 Days working is very hectic , company collecting money from employees for evening tea., Parent insurance is not available. Etc...

Good things was it's near to my home and time was flexible and leaves were good

Many things salary is first but never received on time salary everytime and incentives were not given properly no skill development only work like hell and call customer daily but they were not even interested to get benifits and fooling customer by false words work environment was ok because manager and employee misunderstanding more
