I had started my career with Muthoot Finance Ltd. I had worked there for almost 3 years and my overall experience was quite good. There was so much to learn especially how to deal and handle customer queries, how to manage the relationship with customers and seniors and all.

Only one thing salary always on time and lunch on training tasty.my listed freinds who helped mee when I m struggling in muthoot madhvi mam,manmeet mam, Raman sir,pardeep sir,nomit sir,rama mam they aree soooo sweet

Firstly BM( Neha Marwaha) most worst lady in the world, I have ever seen.she doesn't have humanity and most egoist person. Dishonest,clever,money minded.10/ rupey k liye roti haii. Regional office staaf doesn't know how to speak with the branch staaf they are so rude not helpful.Very bad working environment.low facility to staff bad infrastructure of branches.l will never suggest anyone too work with muthoot group.l have really a very bad experience with muthoot group.

Terrible salary structure Difficult to get leave North Indian always seen as culprits Particular religious practices imposed on staff on the name of Morning Prayer No growth Very small sector so there are very few opportunities to join another organisation

Getting salary on 30th of every month.

Dislikes

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.

Low salary for existing employees and giving better salary for new entrance in the same role 6 Days working is very hectic , company collecting money from employees for evening tea., Parent insurance is not available. Etc...
