Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Un educated people will think that you are working in a big bank.....so it make you feel like you are a banker but reality is different and you know that too.

Dislikes

They will deduct your salary on very short errors. They will not support you in any case. They will make you sit till late 9 o clock if your branch didnt achive target on a daily basis. They just wat business and thats why force staff to make calling which make you feel like you are working in a call centre. And worst of all if you are switching your job and tell anybody about that then they will not give your relieving letter experience letter. Poor work experience, no growth, no skill development.

Getting salary on 30th of every month.

Dislikes

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.

Good things was it's near to my home and time was flexible and leaves were good

Dislikes

Many things salary is first but never received on time salary everytime and incentives were not given properly no skill development only work like hell and call customer daily but they were not even interested to get benifits and fooling customer by false words work environment was ok because manager and employee misunderstanding more
