Working environment of this company is excellent. Amount of mental pressure is very low level. My team members and superiors are very friendly behavior to me. They gave all kinds of supports at any crucial situations. I can acquire experience and more knowledge about various documents process, new innovations, system procedures etc etc...

Worst , there is no hike no bonus sorry they give bonus only 5700 3700 like this , no growth lot of cuttoffs in payslip they use employees like slave example they told make 15 sales we will give incentive after we achieve they told terms and conditions and not pay incentive if we asked y they told they didn't pay first emi they didn't pay 3rd emi they are not registered like that and without intimation they play a game on our payslip like they mention taken advance salary like that

Worst company Zero growth No appraisal No hike Fake incentive slabs It's not for hardworker it's only just who won't job this type of guy only join this company

organization not promoted employees and salary not increase im working with MCSL last 1.5 year but organization not promoted me and not increase salary and i m best performer in madhya pradesh my overal average productivity almost 25+ in two wheeler vertical

Office timings good but work related total haresh ment and senior toucher and new national head is terrible speaking and raude Sam to remove employees and saying if u nit resign i will terminate u and our senior manager also not supportive in karnataka team

... have culture. I identify lord of integrity issue from collection agency side .No skill development and no learning I not have any compensation and benefits.no job security because of I resigned​ my job.no career growth many time my reporting Boss asking to me resign my job.
