Your Job depends on relationship with GM only, not on your experience/talent. Company should retain employees as per their knowledge and work experience.

Front line GM's act in dictatorial way.One cannot reach their efforts and hardwork to directors. Feel the owners should have more interaction with second line workers to have fair view of organisation.

Management is well reputed, but conservative in outlook, easily trusts newcomers but ignores or acts only on agenda of senior managers. Sad to see such a great organization going downhill in every field they were pioneers once. Feel for the goodness of the real owners who are being misguided.

compensation is decent but growth not based on performance ,depended on pleasing mangers , not on work , have to sit in office late hours to show off , all doing for pleasing managers even though no work
