Good word experience with multiple disability children. gain knowledge about IEP's, reports, handling children of various age group, team work. I learn how every child's need is different than other although they have same disability..

Dislikes

Sometimes all of sudden any work or document they want so we have to do that before deadline, that time children got shuffle from one teacher to another.. sometimes they need something else than child's need.

Likes

There is a lot to do in one academic year. As a part of the admin team, you get a variety of experience. Working with the teachers is fun! The children with multiple disabilities are a delight to be around. You will not see such warmth and love in many other places.

Dislikes

The autocratic nature of the director, operations have to be carried out in a way agreeable to her, even though there maybe better and faster ways of doing so. Working with the director/founder is a nightmare! She wants every bit of information possible and wants her signature on anything that happens. Yet if you ask her a small doubt she will insult you for asking her opinion on trivial issues. One academic year is enough to encompass all that can be done. There isn't too much growth after that.
