Nothing to like in this company except Co.s founder. She is well managed but she may or may not know what is happing within the team. Why employees are leaving this company so far. What's the reason behind it . I think they should study about this.

Don't ever join this company. Team will never help you for training. Manager and Leads are so rude that you never ever worked before. No job security. Without any notice you will be asked to leave in 2 days. They will ask to join a month letter after receiving appointment letter.

In Musikaar i found the learning environment for those who wants to learn and if not then its not bothering you, the career growth always depends upon the person who works with whether actively or proactively.

Work culture is awesome, there is no such timing restrictions. Office timings are totally based upon your work. As far as i know, Musikaar is giving Maximum appraisal in the city(Ahmedabad).

Partiality during appraisal.

This company is best place for a candidate looking to groom himself in IT industry. At musikaar one is allowed and given opportunity to use resources for company’s as well as self development.

Dislikes

Designation hierarchy is not given too much of importance. On site opportunities is a draw back
