The school is phenomenal place to give you life lessons and develop yourself as a teacher. They will keep the working expectations on the summit for you so you will keep working harder and harder and ultimately loose the work life balance. Their is no policy for employee welfare or any such kind of benefits. The management is pathetic in every terms as their unwritten and undetermined policy keeps on changing as per their mood and more frequently than the stock market.

Dislikes

Their pay scale is lower than many gujarati medium schools and is often discriminating among the teachers as per their work load . You are the apple of their eyes until you keep licking their boots and once you raise your head and dare to hurt their egoistic ideology, the very next moment you will be a jobless person. They have a tradition of firing the teachers who really wanted to bring change in the learning outcome for children.
