Working with the organisation, has given me a sense of deliberate freedom to explore and experiment myself in various activities and I am proud that I was able to unleash my capabilities based on the tasks assigned to me. Every year was a new learning experience that gave me the confidence to be more approachable in every aspect. I believe, a lot is based on the trust as well. When you trust your employee, he/ she also tends to trust his/her own self. I learnt a lot, from editing a school report, to presenting good presentations, researching for a speech to delivering one of the best anchoring script being composed and being able to handle pressures. Prioritising work and activities that were being conducted to motivating students to believe and identify their talents, etc. Time was tasking but with the support of the colleagues I was able to deliver it all in time. I believe flexibility in work environment and prioritizing of work plays a very important role in delivering the best possible outcomes that we usually look forward to.

Dislikes

Pre planning was lacking. I believe for an organisation to carry out things smoothly, it is important to pre plan and assign tasks to get better results. Though we were able to deliver what wasn't pre planned well, but, it did hamper with the underlying work which had to be postponed later. Avoiding such inconvenience is important. What needs to be done on time, needs to be over on time. Unplanned tasks should not be a trouble maker for the already planned task.
