Only thing I’m grateful for this company is giving me salary.

Earlier this company with its policy at least was a platform for job security, but from 2021 the only good thing about it also changed. There’s lot of inner politics, demotivation, bad work culture, bad work environment, hierarchical politics, racism. They won’t let you grow. No professionalism. There’s no scope for skill development.

to be frank i dont feel the culture is good, its needs be improved, and should avoid showing partialities, treat everyone equal, and dont blame the people again and again for their mistake, leadership quality should be improved verymuch, give space to employee to come out of their guilty feel, and the pressure is very high, i felt like doing mechanical job over and over.

Murata is really technology driven company. It has great line of sustainable product.

Dislikes

Their evaluation system is purely boss culture. It is not related to output or effort. If you are good enough to be around boss, do not challenge boss concept, then you can get growth. I can not find their intention to do something different or motivate through positive atmosphere. Top management always try create internal fight between employees. Top management of India is just destroying Murata heritage and culture by their inability to handle new environment and culture.
