Being a manufacturer of wall coverings makes it easier for a sales person to sell. The rates are competitive. The product is brilliant.

Dislikes

All of that said and done, the infrastructure, the atmosphere and the people can leave you perturbed. If you're in the sales, overcoming the competition internally and having visibility of accounts is a major concern. The manipulative nature of the management is the reason why I am disheartened. A lot of improvement is needed to terms of induction of a new joined, how he settles in, how is he being nurtured to improve sales. This is the missing link. I really wish there was more empathy in the hierarchical approach.
