Dislikes

Slow growth in terms of both salary and designation. Work life balance is poor due to lesser manpower than actual requirement. In the absence of single employee rest working staff is loaded due to burden of work. Limited knowledge with respect to entire technical aspects of process.

Adrian is the worst person to work with. He was a account and having that type of thinking only. He is himself doing lot of undertable works but to save himself he put others on that name. Management is also least bothered as its not growing
