...al to increase the moral of an employee. increment and promotions are not fixed. salary is not at par as on today. No outdoor-indoor activities.

... some don't even know how to mail and behaves like they have PHD in technology At joining as GET they will give you just 14000 salary as say it with proud like they are giving you alms After 1.5 year if You do work you life out then they will make you Assistant engineer and give you hike for just 995 in hand salary Very much disappointed Only God can save the new join staff member in this company otherwise he will run his life

Working on this organisation is good. Skill lot of learning and trainings. Works responsibility distribution is not there is not interfere in other work instead your responsibility

Nothing gud to talk about... No timely promotion from last 6 years.. No salary increment from last 7 years.. All engineering staff(managers and engineers) are working on same salary from last 7 years.. Also whole control is in one persons hands.. Day by day customer plan decreasing and job security and salary hike is just like a mith now here. Management is just listening the worker's demands as they having support of labour laws.. Engineers, senior engineers, Asst Managers working here are unable to give there 100% as all are working on an average of 4-6 lac CTC. While workers having above 8 lac. Things are getting worst day by day

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policy is good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
