1.Too much Internal Politics after working her3 you will have so much experience in Politics that you can start new party in India 2. There will be no proper communication b/w mangers, Engineers and Workers, people here are always ready to blame the Planner or Asst Engineer while nothing moved in progress which only that person has to face the heat which makes work culture very toxic. 3. There will be no offs you can be called @anytime to work only fatigue off would be given after every 14th day due to Singapore Govt rule. 4. Welders, Fitters & Supervisor will behave rudely if they come to know that you are a fresher or less experienced person. 5. Nowadays there is not much projects in Singapore also think before u join this company. 6. They are also not intrested in applying S -pass for the candidate from 2023 which makes situation bad here.

I like mun-siong company is very good we are working together and we are help each other to finish work at the time the management is very good the private everything what ever we need the salary also give every month time to time we working hard and finish work with safety and Colette we achieve the target and of the day
