There was a lot to learn if you could fight for it. It was more of self learning because there was no one to teach you or correct you. You have to become your own manager to excel.

Dislikes

There is too much of dirty politics, bias behaviour from the senior management and poor compensation and benefits despite of showing results. Increments are based on the relationship with Senior Management and not your performance as an individual. No extra benefits are given. Most of the people don't know how to respect personal space and boundaries. It was mentally harrowing working in MUMUSO

Company has very poor management, No bonus, no incentive structure and no salary scale.

...expects more from you but gives limited things, HR does not keep promise at all. Salary slip is not getting on time, after 8months later I got pay slip, just think about this.

I Love this Brand MUMUSO, People are also good Especially MD (Raunak Sir). But Pay , Benefits ,Family Benefits they need to Work On . Medical Facilities etc . I liked all , I got the best Opportunity I moved On

Starting from management to store level excellent work environment and culture .. everyone motivates you to trust yourself.. great guides are present at store level.. for a newbie like me, it was a dream place. Seniors don't behave like seniors .. they are just like our friends who is going to support you through anything and everything in the office... I cannot compare any other company to mumuso... Mumuso stores and those who are in mumuso team, thank you for being there...

Absolutely nothing.. it's the best place to work,
