The only thing that is good or positive is that there is no work pressure and work family balance is maintained.

Dislikes

...here since last 10 years and we had a meagre increment of just Rs.1400 till now. Pay scale is not fixed. Employee who is performing well is given same emoluments as the one who is not performing. There has been no additional skill development. There is no interaction of management with employees. They take you as permanent employees but salaries are too low with industry standards so it doesn't make sense.

Likes

Mumbai Educational Trust is a very good organisation for employees who look towards work life balance. Team support is also good. A lot of scope for quality and innovative work.

Dislikes

Every organisation has office politics. Scope of growth within the organization is almost nil.
