Theres nothing to be liked about this company. Director is sleeping. Coordinators are corrupt. Managment has very poor planning, the moves like a sloth. HR is the biggest bundle of all. If you are reading this: Don't ever think about getting in this company. There is no formal documentation of onboarding like offer letters. There is no promotion system. No Medical. No PF. Above all you can do the things by yourself. Company don't want progress, they want their managers ego should be satisfied. Your can't even think by yourself. After sometime you'll feel like handicaped. There is no job security. Your goods will be ignored if even a small mistake happens. And also they are not open to any new idea.
