Due difficult and different type task need training for that skill which is not provided and ask for do that without any skill and appraisal quality is not good, no appraisal and no growth after completing years.workload so high which is not possible to complete all task for a good employees.

Office joining time is 09:00am but there is no leaving time, no overtime, there machines quality is not good and the person made them has never communicates to customers, customers mostly end up angrily behaving with site engineers. other than this they show very rude behaviours with some junior level employees and tell them to leave immediately l.
