Work culture, environment created by Top level Management. Different policies like Holiday if you take leave on Saturday or Monday, your 2 leaves will be deducted i.e. Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and Monday. Not only this there are some unethical practices which never heard before in any organisation. Diffcult and different Management, Management talking some this else and doing something different.... Check Joining CTC working at your own. Check and sign at your own risk. And also check full and final your own don't really or expect HR that they will follow rules. They will promise you to give incremint after 3 months but NO, never gives. After probation period Management says we are not expecting this from this position. But during probation management doesn't told you or does not consider what you are doing and what you are delivering or delivered or not involving you to meet managements expectations. After that you have to conclude.... Management don't have clarity bout work profile or What work to done. Management or Higher level learn from the candidate only. Management or Higher level NEVER ask you what to do and how to do.... Fresher who want to just start and earn some pocket money the candidate join...

Teammates uneducated following the old ethics of monopoly, initially it was told position will be on companies payroll, and location will be at particular place, but after words it was seen the location was far from the residential place, in initial period salary was not paid, once the company is working under set procedures, and everything was discussed in interview and a company has annual turnover of 75crores annually then what should be the reason for paying late, am i working for charity,, it is completely based on illogical methods, politics is the base concept, unhealthy atmosphere, people never talk which each other, all suffering from mental illness, human being is social animal, ya i too agree with the situations to keep distance with subordinates but it doesn't mean that you should be so isolated and conservative, appraisal system is zero, there is no balance between the work and life cycle, it was great experience finding out different world on this planet itself .

lack of discipline, disbelief on each other, hardly in one small unit 10 to 15members but huge gape of classification of positions, lack discipline, lack of training, every one is enjoying only MD is working like a donkey, and he thinks he is ruling the whole system, am also astonished how come company is earning in crores, i too think luck is a good factor, but everyday is not sunday.
