Company is very good at work life balance. Unlike most agencies, you rarely work beyond 6.30 since the directors insist on going home on time. There's absolutely no politics in the company since the owners are present most of the time. It's a simple agency with family kind of working where you are taken care of very well. There is absolutely NO STRESS unlike most agencies who pay heavily but drain you mentally. Your life outside the agency is a lot better in this agency. You NEVER have to work on a weekend.

Dislikes

Drawback is - you can't expect humongous salary since owners insist on less work pressure. You don't get to work on very big accounts- 50 or 100 Crore account since such accounts demand huge pressure that spoils work life balance so you won't get that exposure.
