They work on a decent tech stack

... remote, but then subtly make you work 3-5 days in office under social pressure. The work from home is just to lowball on the salary. I have seen them rejecting candidates from all locations other than their office locations. They recently hired some leaders who are not going to benefit the company's investors nor the employees. And yes they enforce 70-80 hour work week requirement. I have seen 5-10 people being fired just because they didn't work in the office location. As far I can see, they might have started with Work from office.

Not liked actually, this is going in very wrong direction. Lot of favouritism is there. Starting one year was very good because people were not having time for these things.

Dislikes

* No work-life balance * 0 promotions to deserving candidates, you'll get it if you are manager's favourite even if you were sitting ideal * No job security at all, here and there anyone is saying anything. Sometime founder in townhall or CTO in internal call can scare you * No new learnings if you want to stay for more than a year. * You'll get frustrated because of others shit * Company culture in very very bad now, employees are not even talking in large meetings and asking queries anonymously to not get highlighted

Promise of prospective growth of the company, decent founders.

Dislikes

Leadership hired recently have pulled down the culture and satisfaction levels of employees. Terrible choice of management style especially in some domains.

Likes

Challenging projects are being solved, team is friendly, people understand boundaries leading to great work life balance. Company culture is based on trust which is evident while working in here. Managers are friendly and open to interact with.
