Though there was no job security but there was satisfaction in the work. Moreover, there was no pressure on doing day to day activities. For a fresher, as starting place it is place to start your career.

As a survey analysis company, there was monthly payments on the basis of days worked, so there was no weekends or holidays that were paid.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
