It is good for fresher to work there, as they will give chance to work in all departments (execution, purchase, billing, tendering, planing). You will get Diwali Gift from company. Boss is unpredictable but very good.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary Time is a big issue. Getting appraisal is like biting iron beans. Non technical senior staff.

Worst company & Hr Policy I feel insecure every month of my salary Because they paid after 3months of 1 month salary & deducted money from my salary without any reason. They paid only salary other than no facility provided I learned from seniors but you can't growth here

Worst company & not a listed company Too much problems in your life if you are joined this firm. They treat engineer's like labourers

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
