There is good work environment, all staff are very supporting nature. in operations upper management gives respect for every individual's for example company's owner, rohit sir and adnan sir, these guys are one of those and very down to earth.

Dislikes

Very manual process in operations, need to switch in automation process. Company staff are very happy with their i feel so but there is no facility of pf and esi. there is no overload of work in point of view of daily customer order and manpower but due to the manual work process it's create a very hectic and hazle situation in operations. They need to implementation in operations process.
