Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Literally, I hate everything about this company especially the salary structure and management team. The management is very rude and would never support you reach your objectives. Usually they have no humanity. During my tenure I have seen atleast 12 employees resigned from Accounts team. So the is always vacancy in Accounts team all round the year. So it's a generous suggestion to think twice before joining this company. Sorry cannot call it a company because there is no corporate culture here. You'll find the Compliance officer chewing betel nuts inside the office all time.

They are not providing my salary even till present month aslo..& they are not providing proper pf balance at all stuffs also..

Dislikes

They are not friendly about lower staff even too many wrong reasons showing at pay slip that for provident fund lower amount..
