Good professionalism. However, you must have to have humanity. The HR should judge everything from various angles. Not from any senior report or from any other angle.

The HR. They don't know how to treat a human. At my time it was only one man show i.e. the pro-vice chancellor in 2013. The chancellor was also not interfering him even though he could see something is wrong
