I am working at bajaj mukund kalwe steel plant in tsd wrm Qc department you know what salary they offer me is 12000.🙂🙂🙂 Just think no job security at all. If by chance any management read this comment pls do something for graduate trainee..

Work-life balance is purely on individual, if one wants to work like an owl and donkey or as a human being, Mukand gives both choices, its purely on an individual, I enjoyed my life. Full job security unless you do major crime. Very good skill development. Company culture - good for non-ambitious people.

Salary & benefits - Rs.20 increment (overall goes merely Rs.150) annually subject to your performance. Promotions and appraisal only for Sr. management, staff should not dream of such luxuries. Work satisfaction - Popular slogan in this company " Do punch, ek lunch", just follow that. Means, your half day salary is cut, even a single minute late, but no one bothers, you do whatever during your duty hours, i.e. personnal business like taking insurances, MLM etc. etc.

9 to 5 working, canteen facility, big campus area...nothing professionally noteworthy otherwise

...ery insecure seniors, If you are talented and sharp, you will be systematically set aside by this gang skilled at viscious politics... feeling their chair is in danger due to you....there are N number of cases you can ask around where talented people were done away with like this by nexus of a few....mark my words on this ive seen it happen many times Good people either leave or are made to leave and the chaff remains...that is culture of Mukand Don't fall for all the sugar coated impression created by management while your joining....the reality is stingingly opposite Very biased in appraisals and promotions....proficiency doesn't count at appraisals....something else does Very low salary hike....be sure of this No technological advance and dynamism Extremely Egoistic and power arrogant higher management...they always call it Mukand parivàar...but the parivaar is only on paper Poor job security No career growth Best for laid back and stagnant people
