Found HR is best but not sure what action they have taken after multiple papers put down.

Please don't join this company especially EMEA - KYC region. there is no proper training at the beginning of the job and they will ask us to work on cases from 2nd week only without any proper training. Management is very worst especially "EMEA-KYC" region. Most of them left the company within 6 months of joining.

It is a Japanese company which is very good.

Dislikes

All the Indians working here sucks especially the management. Bunch of North Indians pocketing the money and doing groups. Like any other corporate in Bangalore. Japanese are exceptional but Indians and Singaporeans working for MUFG are ruining the good company with their group presence. Embezzling money and job posts.

- Its an excellent company to work with if your above 40+ - Best work life balance I have seen so far. - They set realistic expectation.

Dislikes

- if your below 40 then you will not find any thing fast moving. - No rapid drift, need to wait for all. - Waiting time is more feel like working for Government office. - Less Innovation / slow Growth in technology, process and people

There is job security - salary and benefits are decent (slightly lower than market standards)

In general, culture wise they’re not very open to changes - it’s too procedural -work life balance is average and new learning isn’t much
