I am lallu Kushwah sorry sir experience according salary bahut kam hai but but thoda sa increment ho jaaye to Kam mein aur performance achcha milega aapko aur mujhe 3 sal ka experience bhi ho gaya hai

This company has no cultural activities also the higher authorities is so poor. Working environment is good. Here lot of learning opportunities done. There is lot of politics between employees

Salary is not so good even they don't provide pay slip. There has no career growth and new innovation system

Realy nice feeling to work.every department support each other. Every person support for skill development. person chance to take ownership, decision making.

Not Proper Planning.Some process requires set.System require strong.

Teammates are quite helpful and salary/appraisal at the starting period are quite satisfactory according to the market standards.

Lack of proper infrastructure and adherence to company policy. Lack of proper implementation of plan of work. No motivation or appreciation for the hard work put on by employee on the employer level. No work-life balance whatsoever.
