... my content since it was original and not just a copy paste from other books. They made me write articles for 27 months and still did not pay even for a month. On asking them for payment,they just stopped contacting me for next article. So I practically worked for them for over 2 years.

Company culture, all employees working like robot.. Even no one talking openly in the office and sometimes it seems mostly employees working only for money and only money important to them..

All the series of competitive exams is good but the culture of the company is not good the senior Management is not having that much experience of the market. So that employee's are not satisfied with the culture and working style of the company as well.

Senior Management in the company is not experienced in sales there is a lot of politics in senior Management. no chances for growth as I feel.

There is no monetary support from company, my job is on forlouge for that I got the information after 48 days of being LWP. A timely information of being laid off would have given me time to be prepared.
